Welcome to the TOEIC Speaking Management & Executive Skills Trainer.

There are a number of tasks available for you to practice with in each of the 4 categories. From the Home page, click on the practice section you want to do. You will be taken to the page that lists all the questions for the category you chose. Click on the Begin link to access any of the questions that have not been completed.

When you view a question, the directions and content, which will be a mix of listening and/or reading components, is presented on the left side of your screen. You start at the top of the page and go down through the sections. To play any associated audio files, click on each play button.

On the right side of your screen is where you will record your response.

You have as much time as you need to prepare your response. When you are ready, click on the Start Recording button. Respond to each task as completely as you can, always speaking clearly into the microphone.

You will be given a certain amount of time to speak. A clock will show how much speaking time remains. A message, "Done", will appear on the screen when your speaking time has finished.

To hear your response, click on the Start Playback button. If you are satisfied with your response, click the Next button. Otherwise, click Start Recording and record your response again. You can re-do your response as many times as you need to until you are satisfied.

If you want to finish the question at a later time, click the Suspend button.

At any time during the recording, you can click on the Start Playback button. This will stop your recording and immediately start to play your response.

Once the Next button is clicked, you will not be able to re-do the question again.

After clicking the Next button, you will be taken back to the list of questions in the category you chose. You will now see the Review link beside the question you completed. Click on Review to see a sample response to the question, listen to the response you submitted and when it has been graded, your score will be shown on this page as well.

Click on the Home button to return to the Home page where you can select another category to practice questions in, or click on Log Out to exit the program.
